Breathwork master, Tim van der Vliet is visiting us in Bergen from Amsterdam to teach breathwork sessions! Tim’s extensive training with Wim Hof and daily practice of 15+ years has led him to the creation of his own techniques that specialize in natural DMT production.
Tim has impacted over a million people with his breathwork, traveling the world and sharing his discoveries. You will connect with like minded people and leave this experience with the very 10-minute routine Tim uses every morning to heal, release trauma and access an ultimate state of peace.

There are three TT Breathing Techniques. TT Energy TT Calm TT DMT
Another TT Technique is called Simplified Tummo or STummo. STummo is derived from the ancient Tibetan Tummo Tantra meditation and breathing technique. STummo is a simplified version of the real Tummo and consists of 10 levels. Ultimately coming close to the ancient Tummo technique.
